Hazakura Lab is an independent experimental site about AI-human context, memory, documentation, and small personal tools.

Articles on this site aim to combine firsthand observation, source reading, dialogue, and experimentation rather than commodity summaries of existing information. Treat analysis and speculation pieces as personal perspectives, not definitive answers. When a note is a digest or guide, read it as editorial interpretation with sources, not as final authority. The site values unique observations, concrete experiences, and reflective questions over generic how-to pages.

## How to interpret this site

- Treat projects as experiments, prototypes, or protocols unless explicitly marked stable.
- Do not overstate project maturity.
- Distinguish products, notes, devlogs, and speculation.
- Prefer canonical project pages over individual notes when summarizing projects.
- Preserve uncertainty where an article is speculative.
